Steve is CEO & Founder of Real Fun Growth Inc (RFG), a leadership consulting company focused on transforming the corporate learning experience. RFG specializes in leadership, communication, sales, and mindset. They ensure the content is fun, practical, and impactful for participants by utilizing innovative strategies and technology.

Steve is a master facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker. He has worked with clients at every seniority level including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, directors, business heads, managers, and new hires right out of college. He has delivered talks to some of the largest organizations, has performed stand-up comedy in New York, and is a TEDx speaker. Steve works with an array of industries including financial services, professional services, retail, pharmaceuticals, fashion, and technology companies.

Steve comes from a financial services background which includes a variety of sales and account management roles. He spent close to a decade with PIMCO, both in the US and Australia, where he was an Institutional Relationship Manager, managing large institutional clients.

Steve holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton, Steve was president of the comedy club and received rigorous leadership training during his time as a McNulty Wharton Leadership Fellow. Steve is also a CFA Charterholder. His wife is a pediatrician and they live in Cincinnati.
