VP KM & Organizational Learning
Emory Consulting Services

Picture of Rachel TeagueDr. Rachel Teague is a Knowledge Management (KM) nerd, TEDx speaker, and change maker on a mission to make knowledge flow—across people, teams, and entire organizations. She brings a human-centered approach to strategy, systems, and learning that helps organizations move from chaos to clarity without losing their soul along the way.

Rachel consults through Emory Consulting Services, where she supports mission-driven teams in building knowledge systems that are practical, inclusive, and built to last. She also facilitates national courses for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), helping professionals apply KM and change leadership in real-world settings.

She holds a Doctorate in Global Training & Development and multiple certifications, including Master Certified Knowledge Manager, Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner, SHRM-CP, and CPTD. Her work blends strategy, facilitation, and a touch of nerdy joy.

Outside of consulting and teaching, Rachel serves as Director of Operations for Manchester True Collaborative, a grassroots nonprofit committed to equity, belonging, and people-powered transformation. She’s passionate about building systems that center people, elevate lived experience, and help communities thrive.

Whether she’s mapping knowledge, coaching a team through change, or co-creating brave spaces for learning, Rachel brings curiosity, clarity, and just enough quirk to make the work stick.
