Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in Knowledge and Information Management, with a career spanning roles at Amgen, Amazon Web Services, MetLife and multiple law firms. She has built and led high-impact KM teams, served as a librarian, and worked as a competitive intelligence researcher. At Amgen, Rebecca is part of the Catalyst Knowledge Management team and focuses on creating digital products that simplify and enhance the way people work. In recognition of her innovative contributions, she was named Amgen RDSO Trailblazer of the Year in 2024.
