She holds a Doctorate in Global Training & Development with a focus on Knowledge Management, is Certified as a Master Certified Knowledge Manager (MCKM), CPTD (ATD), SHRM-CP, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

A TEDx speaker passionate about turning knowledge into action—with curiosity, clarity, and just enough quirk to make it stick, Rachel delivers consulting services as VP of KM & Organizational Learning through Emory Consulting Services and facilitates national certification programs for the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She also serves as VP of Operations for Manchester True Collaborative, a nonprofit advancing equity, belonging, and people-powered transformation.
