As the Principal Research Lead for Knowledge Management, Lynda develops and executes APQC’s agenda for knowledge management research. This includes engaging with members and clients to understand the challenges they face day to day and provide insights based on APQC research data, information, and expertise. She serves as a KM subject matter expert internally collaborating and innovating with other research leads, advisors, and marketing and product teams to ensure APQC's KM offerings are responsive to member needs and pushing them to the next level. 

Lynda has more than 20 years of experience leading and implementing knowledge management strategies and capabilities in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Her background includes establishing and driving organizational change initiatives and frameworks, defining and delivering knowledge management and engagement strategies, and leading learning and development programs. Lynda has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in business management, is an iPec Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
