Lisa Poeckert is the Policy Manager with the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for operating the land title and survey systems of British Columbia. Lisa is a member of the leadership team of the Policy & Legal Services Divison, and is responsible for a multi-year enterprise-wide knowledge management project, from design to implementation. Lisa has been with the LTSA for oevr 10 years  and is currently working towards her Masters of Public Administration degree at the University of Victoria.
