Kathleen leads the KM Services team at Shopify where her team builds tailored, simple, and sustainable knowledge solutions across the company. She manages cross functional KM projects which endeavour to capture and activate the company’s intellectual capital. Previous to Shopify Kathleen was the Economics and Trade Policy research librarian at Canada’s Library of Parliament. Kathleen has her Masters of Information Studies from McGill University.
