Trisha Chakraborty, Ph.D, M.S., is an Engagement Lead at the Office of Evaluation, Planning, and Reporting (OEPR) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). At OEPR she leads Agency-wide efforts to modernize data collection, tracking, and sharing efforts with the Strategic Tracking and Reporting Tool. Trish builds coalitions with federal partners, designs software tools and data structures to support data tracking efforts, and optimizes team operations in support of transforming government data management and sharing culture.

Prior to her tenure at OEPR, Trish coordinated public-private partnerships, tribal health policy, OSTP and federal partnership coordination, and federal regulatory response in NIH's Office of Science Policy. She also served in the Department of Justice's National Institute of Justice as a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow. There, her portfolio covered tribal justice and outreach, preventing violence against women, grant management, and program development for LEO-researchers. Trish holds a Ph.D. in the molecular neurobiology of fear learning from the University of Delaware, a MS in Biomedical Science from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
