With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in integrating emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance content accessibility, governance, and client service. Sandrine started her career at the Australian Department of Home Affairs at the Embassy of Australia in Washington where she ultimately oversaw the immigration service operations and provided local input on national policy initiatives.

She holds an MA from American University, a BA from Stony Brook University, and a Certificate in AI for Business Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania.
