Mike Fandey is a self-described “creative pragmatist” who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and people. Over two decades in non-profit leadership, he has built a reputation for turning tight (budget, complex politics, people, etc.) into catalysts for meaningful change and measurable performance.  

 

An operator grounded in strategy, systems thinking, Organization Development, technology, and customer service, Mike has led high-performing teams and initiatives spanning customer centric strategy & operations, SaaS customer support leadership, organizational learning, Knowledge Management, and performance improvement.  

 

Mike is a lifelong resident of the DMV, and known for his award-winning vegan chili, and lively household shared with his wife and four cats. He currently serves as the Vice President of Operations & Customer Support at United Way Worldwide.
