For the past 4 years, she has supported knowledge management initiatives at Amgen, focusing on content creation, taxonomy development, information architecture, and conducting innovation experiments. She is also leading the team's efforts in delivering Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. Before joining Amgen, Kari spent five years in academic libraries, where she specialized in archives, metadata creation, and digital preservation—particularly of media and video games. This foundation in organizing complex, diverse information ecosystems informs her current work in the pharmaceutical space.
