Owen is a passionate advocate for intelligent workplaces that help organizations learn and improve.

He created award-winning knowledge intranets in the 1990s and then joined IBM's London Innovation Centre for Knowledge and Content Management. He served as an IT Director for IKEA's research, innovation, and learning arm, IKEA's Inter IKEA Systems, and now advises United Nations organizations on knowledge management and intelligent workplace strategies. Owen has a proven track record of solving complex knowledge problems, developing change strategies, and implementing digital knowledge transformations. He currently supports the UNICEF Office of Innovation.
