Jessica Malloy is a knowledge management (KM) strategist and leader. Over the last 8 years, Jessica has built three enterprise KM programs from scratch, most recently at Harvard Business Publishing.

 

Jessica has consulting experience with NASA, the Project Management Institute, and small business start-ups. She is a thought leader and expert speaker in the field and has conducted independent research on knowledge transfer. Jessica holds a M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University.
