I serve as the business performance, Super Intelligence (SI) specialist for NASA's office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO).  As a veteran of taxonomy, ontology, knowledge, and change management I focus on empowering practitioners to integrate SI into their existing tools and workflows while maintaining critical human judgement and experience.   Collaborating across federal initiatives and NASA's diverse directorates, I love to reimagine and reroute a tough question, an unconventional idea, or a broken process to crosswalk high-level policies into tangible, on-the-ground strategies and excutable workflows.
