Sandra Montanino is the founder and principal of Navig8 PD, a training, coaching, and consulting company focused on helping people develop the skills necessary to navigate the workplace for professional success.

Grounded in eight core principles - curiosity, awareness, intention, inclusion and belonging, purpose, empowerment, communication, and wellness - Sandra designs and delivers practical, high-impact programs that translate insight into action. Her work focuses on the interpersonal and leadership capabilities that drive performance, including communication, feedback, delegation, team leadership, relationship building, ownership, effective writing, mentorship and sponsorship, allyship, imposter syndrome, and sustainable performance habits. She is driven by a desire to help others decode workplace norms, expectations, and structures for more inclusive and supportive work environments.

Sandra brings over 17 years of senior leadership experience from a leading Toronto Bay Street law firm, where she served as Director of Professional Development. In that role, she led the strategy and delivery of all lawyer and business services training, spanning substantive law, leadership, wellness, and equity, diversity, and inclusion. She also designed a first-of-its-kind gamified experiential learning program that integrated real-time feedback, social learning, and individualized development to accelerate skill application.

A former practicing lawyer with both private practice and in-house experience, Sandra holds a business degree from the Ivey Business School and a law degree from Queen's University. She is a certified DISC and Motivators practitioner and an Imposter Syndrome-Informed coach. She offers 1:1 coaching to people at all stages of their careers, supporting them in achieving meaningful and sustainable growth.
