Enterprise Learning, Human-Centric AI, & Sharing Knowledge

KM is all about supporting organizational goals and making the enterprise stronger, resilient, and innovative for client and stakeholder success. It’s the human factor and culture along with creative new and emerging frameworks, platforms, and technology that make it happen. Hear practical tips and techniques that leading organizations are utilizing and experimenting with as they learn, share, and integrate AI into their operations and processes. Have conversations and discussions with leading thinkers and practitioners and tell your KM stories and experiences as a speaker at this popular, long-time event. Learn collectively with colleagues about new and exciting tools and techniques as our enterprises evolve in both the digital and global (IRL) worlds.

This year’s KMWorld 2026 shares stories of innovative breakthroughs and learning experiences from KM practitioners as they steer their organizations into the future. KMWorld addresses the human and technology factors of collaboration and knowledge augmentation via AI; the sharing and reuse of knowledge with new tools; the human roles that are even more important than the tools; the many ways of organizational learning; the hybrid workplace shift in traditional organizations; the strategic and operational knowledge—understanding and aligning with the big organizational or community picture; and leadership skills driving knowledge adoption and reuse, especially from outside the organization such as from the environmental and sustainability movement. KMWorld features new, creative, knowledge-sharing tools and techniques as well as human strategies that have an impact on all types of organizations and communities. Join us and take home exciting insights and ideas to apply in your environment or community.

Learn as our speakers share how you can experience greater joy from KM by achieving these types of results:

  • More “Aha!” moments and breakthroughs that come from unleashing the knowledge hiding deep in your workforce
  • More knowledge sharing when people begin to feel that their voices are finally being heard
  • Boosting employee satisfaction and retention, bringing more people together, including giving a boost to personal as well as organizational goals
  • Leaps in productivity and innovation that are possible when people and automation, especially AI, work seamlessly together
  • Fewer repeated mistakes and less “reinventing the wheel”
  • Savings and finding new ways to create, deliver, receive, and grow extraordinary value
  • Human-centric AI processes and techniques
  • Strategies for influencing stakeholders about the worth and adoption of KM

KMWorld and its co-located events, Taxonomy Boot Camp, Enterprise Search & Discovery, Text Analytics Forum, and Enterprise AI World, showcase organizations that have creative digital solutions for their future, are allowing experimental and risk-taking processes to inform their practices, have made solid progress in changing the culture of their enterprises, and know how to utilize AI and other technology in practical and useful ways to charge forward in their industries.
