Anna is a Senior Consultant at The Cynefin Company, with over six years' experience helping organisations turn strategy into practice. Her clients have included multinational pharmaceutical companies, major retailers, technology firms, hospital trusts, and international development agencies. She specialises in applying the Cynefin framework, SenseMaker, and complexity-informed methods to high-stakes challenges including M&A culture integration, AI-adoption strategy, large-scale transformation programmes, and organisational decision-making analysis. Anna has also worked alongside Dave Snowden on the application and development of a new generation of strategic frameworks, including the Estuarine Framework.

Her perspective is shaped by materiality, archaeology, and doctoral-level research training at University College London. In addition to her commercial work, she heads the Climate Change and Sustainability programme, co-manages the Education programme, and has trained hundreds of practitioners — from independent consultants to embedded corporate teams — to apply these methods at scale.
