Mr. Melendez is currently employed with Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company, in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia as a Knowledge Management Consultant.  His role is within the Training & Development business line where he leads the implementations of KM, Knowledge Transfer, and Operational Excellence.  He has over 20 years experience, primarily in the oil and gas sector, leading programs and technology systems in knowledge & content management, enterprise portals, and organizational development.  He has bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a master's degree in Knowledge Management.
