Based in Copenhagen, Mante is a Senior Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, specialising in knowledge management and data management for AI. She comes from the world of data science, however over the past five years, she has worked with organisations across industries to build the knowledge foundations that make AI adoption actually work (lately AI, previously general analytics). She works with governance design and ontology development as well as general technical strategies for AI enablement.

Her work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology: close enough to the technical detail to ask the right questions, and close enough to the business to translate the answers into something that sticks. She is particularly interested in the unglamorous, foundational work that most AI conversations skip over, and why getting it right is the difference between AI that performs and AI that disappoints.
