Walter is a digital native, with seventeen years of experience in digital companies, customer journey, and online travel agency businesses. He works for lastminute.com and started his experience with the company 8 years ago as a Knowledge Base administrator and content creator. 

Walter’s been passionately dedicated to the Knowledge Management topic since his first day and is now the Product Manager for lastminute.com’s Knowledge Management System. Walter is currently enjoying the challenge of designing and rolling out a Product Management Strategy for our Knowledge Management System.
