Elizabeth is a passionate People Manager and knowledge facilitator. In her role as Process and Procedure Manager for lastminute.com, the European Travel-Tech leader in dynamic holiday packages. Her team design, manage and provide knowledge and data to support and boost the daily work and initiatives of their customer-facing colleagues.  

Elizabeth has a background in Customer Service, Sales and Learning and Development, with 7+ years of coaching and training experience in multinational companies in the travel and luxury consumer electronics industries. This background, combined with her education in Media and Communications at Goldsmiths, University of London, provides her with a well-rounded foundation.

In recent years one Elizabeth’s focus areas has been Knowledge Management. Leading the Knowledge Management team of an online travel retailer throughout the pandemic period was a memorable experience that provided many learning opportunities!  Most recently her team successfully implemented a new Knowledge Management system and approach.
