Holding an MSc in the field of policing and counterterrorism, and a post-graduate qualification in mixed methods research from the University of Oxford, Beth's research interests are in citizen engagement, collaboration, strategic management, and epistemology.

Through her work at The Cynefin Co, Beth has been involved in and pioneered new approaches to stakeholder engagement, collaborative decision-making, collective intelligence and culture mapping. She is particularly interested in epistemic (in)justice and inclusion in knowledge creation and management processes.
