As Director of Employee Communications & Change Management at TechnipFMC, she leads enterprise programs that make work clearer and culture stronger—integrating change strategy, internal comms, digital platforms, expert networks, and social learning.
Kim serves on the steering committees for the 2026 APQC Connect Conference as well as the Strategic Intelligence Council and the AI Council (both councils are part of the Learning Forum set of business councils). Most importantly, Kim is looking forward to benchmarking with and learning from you!
