As founder of Search Explained, she has spent more than two decades in enterprise search, information architecture and knowledge management, working with organizations around the world. She is an author, a speaker at conferences around the world, a Microsoft Regional Director, and a Microsoft MVP for 20 years.

Her work today focuses on where Copilot and AI initiatives actually succeed or fail. The first factor is the quality and governance of the knowledge underneath. The second is the people expected to rely on it. Trained as both a consultant and a coach, she brings the human side of AI adoption into every engagement: trust, expertise, and what happens to the experts whose knowledge the system now holds.
