Peter Mulford is an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of BTS’s global Strategy Execution Insights & Design Lab. His ongoing research and advisory work focuses on accelerating execution and embedding innovation capability—exploring the behavioral economics and leadership required to create a culture of experimentation and disciplined risk-taking. He is the author of articles on enabling innovation for Training and CLO magazines. He’s done executive consulting and advisory work for AT&T, Cisco, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, GE, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, Phillips, Sony, Telkom South Africa, Texas Instruments, Time Warner and other Fortune 100 organizations. Peter received his MBA in Finance and a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University.
