As Head of the Project Management Area at SUPSI, she teaches the skills needed to lead projects, navigate transformation, and make innovation work in practice. Her courses span undergraduate programmes in Data Science and Engineering as well as continuing education.

Before moving into academia, Virginie spent more than 15 years leading international projects and digital transformation programmes across EMEA for large consulting and technology groups. She has also trained over 500 professionals in business intelligence and data visualisation.

Her current focus lies at the intersection of project management, artificial intelligence, and education. Her research explores how AI can support personalised learning pathways and strengthen knowledge management in continuing education.

Virginie holds the PMP® certification and regularly speaks at international conferences, sharing a practical perspective shaped by her experience across technology, management, and education.
