Picture of Kerry HaworthKerry Haworth has spent more than 15 years in knowledge management, long enough to have built knowledge bases in SharePoint, migrated them to Salesforce, redesigned them in ServiceNow, and now help train and validate AI models that use them. She currently serves as a Knowledge Manager at Intuit, where she leads strategy, governance, and platform transformation initiatives that make it easier for employees to find what they need and help themselves.

Over the course of her career—spanning roles at ServiceNow Equinix Procore the Gates Foundation and beyond—Kerry has built and scaled Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) programs led enterprise governance committees consolidated fragmented content ecosystems and boosted employee self-service by double digits . She’s a certified KCS internal trainer and has represented HR and KM teams in enterprise AI and GPT initiatives helping organizations navigate what responsible high-quality knowledge looks like in an AI-enabled world.

What excites Kerry most right now is the shift happening in the KM industry. After years of focusing on structure governance and search she’s leaning into how AI is reshaping the practitioner’s role—and rediscovering the joy in the work along the way. In times of rapid change she believes KM professionals have a unique opportunity not just to adapt but to lead.
