Ms. Meaghan Murphy is an experienced knowledge management and learning program leader driven by helping organizations and businesses leverage data to align business needs for social impact. For over 18 years she has led internationally focus ed funders, international organizations and NGOs in strategic planning, knowledge management, and participatory research to achieve impact in areas of humanitarian assistance, agriculture, food security, nutrition and livelihoods. Experienced in working cross culturally in and with low- and middle-income country teams through extended field-based assignments in Central Asia, Africa, and Latin America. An effective communicator, facilitator, and partnership builder, she loves helping clients design activities that marry evidence-based approaches and stakeholder input. Grounded in customer experience and human centered design, she helps clients create fit for purpose projects, systems, processes, and products that respond to user needs and preferences in service of their goals. Ms Murphy brings a tactical and practical lens when working across sector professionals to ensure decisions are grounded and owned by the people most affected. This extends to scopes spanning planning, research, decision-making frameworks and knowledge management related tool design.
