Russ Cashman is a Technical Principal Digital Solution Architect at Mott MacDonald, working within the Nuclear: Defence and Civil team. He specialises in designing and delivering digital architectures for complex, safety critical nuclear programmes.

Russ works at the intersection of engineering digital technology and information governance with a strong focus on enabling assurance regulatory confidence and informed decision making. He is responsible for leading enterprise data model design as part of a wider Knowledge and Information Management programme on a major UK nuclear new build shaping how engineering data safety requirements organisational knowledge and business processes connect across the programme lifecycle.

Russ has previously held roles in UK technology firms responsible for leading the solution architecture in design development and deployment of cloud-native software products and systems engineering.
