Prior to her current role, Sydney provided internal corporate content strategy for the company’s employee blog serving 58,000 Employees in addition to managing company communication platforms, including breaking news text messaging, and employee news and leader-specific emails. Before Southwest, Sydney worked for several large organizations and companies, including the American Heart Association’s national headquarters and The Richards Group. Sydney has a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University.
