KMWORLD the destination event for enterprise knowledge and information workers

Networked Enterprises: Empowered to Share & Apply Knowledge
A recent McKinsey research survey found that organizations using “collaborative Web 2.0 technologies intensively to connect the internal efforts of employees and to extend the organization’s reach to customers, partners, and suppliers” or “networked enterprises” significantly improve their performance. Networked enterprises share and apply knowledge for decision-making, innovation, customer satisfaction, business success, and a stronger bottom line.
KMWorld 2011 is seeking experienced knowledge, content, search, and intranet experts who can provide practical, hands-on information, case studies, and instruction that will maximize the value of the conference attendees’ technological investments. We want to share creative ideas for dealing with knowledge and intellect, talent and human capital, as well as content and other resources in open, diverse, agile, and networked organizations.
To participate in KMWorld 2011 as a possible speaker or workshop leader, or suggest a speaker, please post your submission no later than March 7, 2011 at http://secure.infotoday.com/forms/default.aspx?form=kmspeakers
Submissions must include a proposed title and description of the session, speakers’ and co-presenter’s name/s and full contact information, a few sentences of biographical information relating the speaker to the topic. All submissions will be reviewed by the Organizing/Review Committee and notification regarding acceptance will be made by June.
