Paul has worked at Disney for eight years and is one of the three employees tasked to establish a dedicated enterprise Knowledge Management team inside the company. He is an excellent communicator and has a strong background in technical writing, collaboration technologies, software application training, and change management. He is results-oriented with proven success in strategizing innovative solutions, implementing emerging technologies effectively in the enterprise, and developing simple procedures to assist technical and nontechnical users.
