| KMWorld & Intranets 2005 is comprised of two conferences,
as well as preconference workshops. You may register for any
event individually, or take advantage of our Gold Pass and
Platinum Pass options, which offer significant savings.
THE FEE INCLUDES:
• Participation in each conference booked
• Participation in the Content Management Track
• Wednesday Evening Communities of Interest
• Admission to the Exhibit Hall
• Conference packet and conference proceedings
• Exhibit Hall Opening Reception on Tuesday night
• Morning and afternoon coffee
Delegates are responsible for making their own travel
arrangements and hotel accommodations.

Discounts
Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit
greatly by using our discount rates. Receive a $100 discount
per person on 2-4 registrations from the same company for a
Platinum, Gold or General Conference Pass. (All forms must
be submitted on the same day.) For groups of 5 or more,
please call 800-300-9868 for special rates.

Location
KMWorld & Intranets 2005 will be held at
the San Jose McEnery Convention Center at
150 W. San Carlos St., San Jose, CA 95113,
between Almaden Boulevard and Market Street. Located south of San Francisco in the center of
the high-tech corridor known as “Silicon Valley,”
the San Jose McEnery Convention Center is a
state-of-the-art meeting, trade, and convention
complex. All official meeting activities will be held at
this location. |
Hotel & Travel Information
The KMWorld & Intranets 2005 conference has arranged
for room blocks at the Hilton San Jose & Towers and the
San Jose Marriott. Both hotels are connected to the San
Jose McEnery Convention Center and are just minutes from
the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport.
Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC) is the official
housing bureau for KMWorld & Intranets 2005.
Reservations
must be made through MTC. Please do not call the hotels
directly.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no
later than October 21, 2005. Full refunds minus a $150
processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given
after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of
fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on October 21,
2005. Please indicate the name and the title of the
person who will be replacing the original registrant.
After this date, all changes must be made at the
conference. |

Intranets 2005 reserve the right to make necessary
changes in this program. Every effort will be made to
keep presentations and speakers as represented.
However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution of a presentation topic and/or speaker.
Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability for
the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of
any KMWorld & Intranets 2005 participant
while in transit to or from this event. The total
liability during the precise hours of the
meeting will be limited to a refund of
