Lisa Tallman is Sr. Director, Knowledge Management (KM) at YMCA of the USA. She works to strengthen communities by ensuring Ys have access to knowledge, tools, and resources both online and in print. With over 15 years of KM experience, Lisa is experienced in aligning KM with business strategy, change management and technology to facilitate knowledge sharing and social networking. Lisa earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's Degree in English focused on Technical Communication from Eastern Michigan University. She is also an Instructor in the Master's in Learning and Organizational Change program at Northwestern University.
