Dani Koltun, NICE Systems head of KM in the Global Services, is a knowledge management veteran in the high tech arena, who initiated, designed, developed and managed large scale knowledge management projects within several global service organizations. By demonstrating innovative solutions, collaboration, sharing and task orientation Dani managed to implement KM solutions in short time-to-market periods. Dani believes that knowledge acquired through experience and shared among peers is the most effective when coming to measure the impact on business. His moto: unshared knowledge is lost knowledge; lost knowledge is wasted capital... Before to NICE Systems, Dani was the Director of Training and Knowledge management for the Global CS in COMVERSE. He holds university degrees in History, Education, Political sciences and Business administration, and graduated the Organization and Management Consultant Program.
