Cask separates into two companies focused on ServiceNow and Government Services


Cask LLC has split into two businesses to separate its ServiceNow technology solutions business from its government services business.

 

The move forms two standalone businesses: Cask Government Services and Cask NX, which are each positioned to capitalize on their respective growth opportunities in rapidly changing markets.

 

Founded in 2004, Cask Technologies LLC began providing information and communications technology procurement support to federal, state, and higher education markets. During the past 15 years, Cask also expanded into a second line of business: technology consulting, integration, and digital transformation.

 

According to the company, the rapid growth and development of multiple lines of business has set the stage for separating the corporation, and, as independent companies, Cask Government Services and Cask NX will better serve their customers and enable flexibility to pursue new market and partnership opportunities.

 
Headquartered in Northern Virginia, Cask Government Services (www.caskgov.com)will focus on program management, cybersecurity, logistics, business analysis, and engineering services for the federal government.
