iOS, Android SharePoint support from Bigtincan

Bigtincan has announced a new SharePoint app for mobile devices that supports iOS and Android. A new app for HTML5-based systems is expected soon. Bigtincan hub for SharePoint enables users to remotely publish, synchronize and deliver content stored in Microsoft SharePoint to other mobile users instantly and securely.

The company reports Bigtincan hub for SharePoint allows users to transparently integrate and sync content from SharePoint on their mobile devices. Bigtincan claims that unlike other tools that provide only a SharePoint touch interface, its new offering puts the power in the hands of SharePoint users, allowing them to publish, sync and mix content from SharePoint with content from other sources, including alternative publishing systems or local files from a hard drive or network drive.

Bigtincan hub for SharePoint is available for free on the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
