eGain Expands European Presence to Address Stringent Data Privacy Requirements

eGain, a provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, has announced that eGain will expand its European operations by offering a new option to host data in its Germany-based cloud.

eGain provides cloud applications for social, mobile, web, and contact centers help clients deliver connected customer journeys in an omnichannel world.

The new option addresses the needs of enterprise clients and partners in Germany who have asked for an in-region eGain Cloud option, said Ashu Roy, eGain CEO.
