Xerox Signs International Distribution Agreement With IntraNet Solutions

For the second time in as many weeks, Xerox (Rochester, NY) has signed an international distribution agreement with a prominent document management company. Xerox will distribute

IntraNet Solutions' (Eden Prairie, MN) Intra.doc line of Web-based document management products and provide consulting and system integration services in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Earlier this month, Xerox announced European distribution agreement with NovaSoft (Burlington, MA). "Xerox is a leader in document processing," said IntraNet Solutions CEO Bob Olsen. "We are pleased to deliver our product through such an excellent organization at a time when the demand for easy-to-use and readily deployable solutions has never been higher." The deal "allows us to address the needs of companies who want to migrate paper documents to the Web, manage content there and distribute material out to the world," John Moran, director of the Xerox Ltd. Technical Centre (XLTC).
