Webdam, a Shutterstock company and a provider of digital asset management, has launched Workstream, a workflow management solution built specifically for enterprise marketing and creative teams.
According to the vendor, as the demand for content grows and the creative development process evolves and expands, teams often find themselves working in a state of chaos as they juggle more projects, receive additional feedback and work on tighter deadlines. Workstream aims to alleviate the situation by adding efficiency, transparency, and accountability to the creative workflow with tools such as precision proofing, commenting, and automated approval routing to enable marketing and creative professionals to deliver higher quality projects on time.
Customers are looking for ways to simplify and streamline their creative process, and put the focus back on their work, according to Shane Westra, vice president of product at Webdam. With collaboration tools that channel input, build consensus and eliminate chaos, Workstream is providing transparency and accountability in the creative workflow and helping teams master the creative process, Westra said.
