VisionCompass partners with Outsights

VisionCompass has formalized ties with Outsights. which was founded in 1997 specifically to deliver services for knowledge management practices in the support industry.

The companies report that particular focus of the partnership will be the high-tech customer support industry, including networking and telecommunications, industries in which Outsights has a solid presence. VisionCompass will bring its “collaborative enterprise management” to the partnership, Web-based software that brings data from existing applications into a centralized framework and allows a choice of management methodologies to track, analyze and guide the progress of business initiatives. VisionCompass tracks specific elements such as minimum service level requirements and client requests, generates business intelligence reports alerting management when performance slips, etc.

For its part, Outsights will provide consultative services and enabling technology through operational models, best practices and customization of proven knowledge management principles.
