U.S. Postal Service to improve customer service with E-forms
The U.S. Postal Service will use electronic forms across the country as part of its effort to improve its customer service.
Jetform's Formflow technology will be deployed at the USPS' "Point-Of-Service" terminals nationwide as part of the government organization's initiative to enhance its service to customers. Jetform will also provide consulting and training services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
