Transfer files in native format with Trailblazer

Everything Internet is hot these days: HTML, Java, XML. Trailblazer from Profound Solutions exposes and solves the problem with these protocols by letting users publish and share information in native formats.

Trailblazer users can distribute spreadsheets, audio, video, presentations and other file types on the Internet. The application uses HTTP instead of HTML, Java or XML, so documents retain their native format. Other pluses include an Explorer-like browser interface, an AutoPublishing feature and file management.

"A lot of companies hit only 80 percent of the features needed-with some annoying gaps," said Delphi Group analyst John Hughes. "What people normally expect in their day-to-day content management and distribution needs is in Trailblazer."

Pricing for Trailblazer starts at $4,995 per server, with five publishing licenses and unlimited users. Additional publishing licenses start at $149 per user
