The evolution of learning

OutStart introduces its Evolution 2 learning platform, which it claims is the first platform of its kind to provide all of the “content-centric” functionality required for enterprises.

The company says Evolution 2 captures business knowledge wherever it resides, stores it in a central repository and delivers it in any format--digital or paper-based--for any learning environment or blend of environments. The software also provides learning assessment capabilities so enterprises can improve overall learning effectiveness through “prescriptive learning,” says OutStart, allowing organizations identify the knowledge gaps of each learner and deliver individualized learning content to fill those gaps.

Evolution 2 includes new features in content creation, reporting, learner interaction management, scalability, integration and standards compliance.
