Tech Data now handling Lucent network products

Parlaying its relationship with the former Ascend Communications, Tech Data has been named a Lucent Global BusinessPartner. Tech Data will now offer Lucent’s LAN and WAN switches, routers and remote access servers.In addition to storage network products, Tech Data will continue to offer voice, data and communications software solutions for telephony integration.“By including Tech Data in our distribution strategy, Lucent gains access to a broad range of technology resellers,” said Lucent BusinessPartner VP Curt Fisher.
