SydneyPLUS, Inmagic, Cuadra, Questor Systems and affiliate companies now Lucidea

SydneyPLUS has announced that it and its affiliated companies—Inmagic Canada Software, Cuadra Associates, Questor Systems, LookUp Precision, LawPort and Incite Software Solutions will now operate as one company under the new name Lucidea.

All products will retain their brand names, and will continue to be enhanced and supported by Lucidea. The company says a consolidated corporate structure allows Lucidea to more effectively leverage combined resources to support strategic initiatives in product development, sales and marketing, and implementation services. Innovation and growth in these areas will enable Lucidea to more quickly deliver exciting products and enhancements to its rapidly expanding global customer base.

Lucidea products include:

• knowledge and content management--Inmagic Presto, Inmagic DB/TextWorks, SydneyPLUS Information Manager and ISS Messenger Workplace;
• library automation--SydneyPLUS LMS, Inmagic Genie and CuadraSTAR Libraries;
• legal practice management--LookUp Precision and LawPort;
• museum collection management--ARGUS.net and CuadraSTAR Museums; and
• archival collection management--CuadraSTAR Knowledge Center for Archives.
