Staffware, Alos join workflow and DM

Staffware and Alos have announced an agreement to integrate Staffware's workflow technology with Docunet's line of document management software. Alos is the exclusive North and South American distributor of DocuWare, a PC-Windows based software suite that offers image capturing, storing, retrieving and displaying images with output to paper or fax.

The combination of Staffware's workflow with DocuWare's imaging and document management capabilities gives users "a comprehensive work management solution that is scalable, easy to deploy and adept at high transaction processing," according to Ingrid Woodlief, Staffware's director of channel development.

The deal is the second in as many weeks for Staffware, which earlier inked an agreement to integrate its workflow technology with Macrosoft's Synergy information management product
