ServiceWare shuffles management

Claiming that it's simply the right time for a change, ServiceWare's CEO Jeff Pepper has stepped aside, though he remains chairman of the board. Rajiv Enand, formerly VP of Business Development, will take over the reigns. Additionally, company president and COO Ted Teele has been elected as a director, and three VPs Suzy Nicastro, Marketing; Mark Tapling, Sales and Services; and Carl Schwarcz, Development and Support have been promoted to Senior VP status.

With a near-100% growth rate, and clear market leadership in the knowledge management segment of the customer support industry, Pepper decided to pass the baton. "I felt this was the right time to turn over more responsibility to Rajiv Enand and the rest of this very capable team," he said. "The future looks very bright for ServiceWare, our customers, and our shareholders.
