ServiceWare To Offer Knowledge Management Workshops
A series of workshops discussing how to manage knowledge bases is now offered by ServiceWare (Oakmont, PA). Attendees to the
Knowledge-Pak University workshops will be given an introduction to knowledge-based support and instructed in capturing and reusing organizational knowledge to support products and services. Participants will also create their own knowledge bases to take with them at the end of the workshop. The workshops are designed for customer support and service professionals, help desk analysts, and "anyone interested in learning about a blueprint for knowledge-based support," according to ServiceWare. The workshops, originally launched in November, will resume next month in cities across the U.S. and Canada.
