Inxight has released SmartDiscovery 3.0, software that it claims is a complete, powerful and simple-to-use solution for automating the discovery and delivery of enterprisewide text data in multiple languages.

Version 3.0 adds features that include taxonomy management, enterprise-class categorization and a guided information retrieval environment, says Inxight. Further, it says, SmartDiscovery is tightly integrated with Inxight MetaText Server and integrates with other enterprise systems, including document management systems, Web content management software and portals.

New features in SmartDiscovery include:

• assisted taxonomy creation and management,

• advanced enterprise level categorization, and

• guided information retrieval environment.

Version 3.0 also provides:

• automatic document summarization,

• automatic entity extraction,

• related document finder,

• concept search,

• full-text search, and

• multilanguage support.
